My name is Catriona Hannan and I am a Reiki Practitioner, also offering Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling.
My therapies concentrate on relaxing tense muscles, destressing and stilling the mind. A positive, destressed workforce is a healthy workforce.
As a complementary therapist, I have an interest in (w)holistic healing which focuses on dealing with stresses and illness as a whole-body issue.
I am a good listener, however I do not believe it is necessary to constantly look back and cover old ground in order to move forward. What I believe is important is how we think now as advocated by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I believe in the power of positive thought, and through chanelling positive energy we all have the ability to self-heal.
I work full time as an Employment Adviser and part-time as a Reiki Practitioner and RelaxationTherapist.

I am committed to continuing professional and self development and am currently studying for a
Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Stonebridge College.

For Corporate treatments I cover Alyth, Blairgowrie, Dunkeld, and Perth.
For a unique one-to-one relaxation treatment, I work from my summerhouse in the garden.

Treatment costs:
Hopi Ear Candling - 30 minutes £20
Indian Head Massage - 30 minutes £15
Reiki - 30 minutes £20
